Pilot. Princess. Trash Collector.

A PODCAST ABOUT THE JOBS WE DO, AND WHY.

—

pilot. princess. trash collector. is a podcast from Nick Andersen about work. A podcast about labor. Conversations about the work we do, the work we thought we wanted to do and all the work that happened in the meantime.

Each episode asks the same three questions — 1) What is the first job you remember wanting to do? 2) What do you do now? 3) What happened? — and fills in the gaps of each guest's personal labor histories.

This narrative interview podcast is directly inspired by the work of legendary labor historian and audio icon Studs Terkel, and features excerpts from his vast labor histories to color and connect the work we all do, whatever and wherever it is.
